If you’re on a volunteer team that needs to access song files to rehearse (called a Rehearsal Team), we’ve designed an entire new view in Services just for you!
The new Rehearse tab makes songs and all their files easily accessible to musicians so you have everything you need to practice.
Songs from the plan are on the left, and when you select a song, you’ll see all of the details, notes, and files in the panel on the right. If you want, you can choose to include media or regular items with the dropdown box at the top left, or hide any notes or details using the gear at the top right.
Files are grouped into Lyrics, Documents, Media, and Other so you can easily find the file you’re looking for. Within those groups, if you are assigning files to people using Limited File Visibility and you have Viewer permissions or higher, files assigned to your position are at the top, and files for others are grayed out and are at the end of each list. Scheduled Viewers will still only see the files assigned to their position.
